How to Order at Majestic
Mountains

Once your order has been
placed with Majestic Mountains we will email you back with the
shipping date. It can take up to 10 days for shipping certain items.

We have added a shopping
cart system on our web site via PayPal for ease in ordering at
anytime.

Shipping Costs* ...shipping
costs are not calculated into the shopping cart system due to the vast
differences in the products that we handle. Shipping
costs/Insurance will be calculated exactly after the order has been
made/paid and the item/items are ready to ship. A separate email
invoice with shipping costs will then be emailed to you before
shipping your order. This can be paid through PayPal as well. We
believe this is the fairest way for everyone in paying for shipping,
not undercharged OR overcharged.

Since many of our
items are limited in product runs or Limited Editions pieces we
suggest emailing us or in calling us when placing an order or if
you have any questions. We do have the ability in offering any
item listed in the companies catalog that we represent in the
store and have it shipped to you. These companies are listed at companies
reference page.

can process checks, but orders will not be shipped until check

Since we don't want to
see you unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund
policy for all items returned in their original condition. Not
including freight charges. Exchanges can take up to 30 days after
purchase.

Free gift wrapping is
available on all purchases. Wrapping can be done in holiday paper
or a neutral classy design.
